Haunted Hills 4K Costume Run

It was a 4K filled with fear, fright, and fun!

The CMC Running Club hosted the first ever Haunted Hills 4K trail race on Saturday, October 29th. The race started at 4:00 PM and took runners around the CMC trails on the south side of campus.¬†Harrison, the running club’s president, organized the race perfectly. There were almost 30 racers, and the club raised a net of $280.

The race was designed to be a costume run with CMC students and staff hiding in the woods. The racers ran by the hiding characters as they jumped out, screamed, rattled chains, and chased racers along the course.

  1. This was a great turnout and I am glad for all the help and participation that we had. I am already looking forward to next years Haunted Hills run. I am proud to be a part of a school that the community also comes and supports us and has as much fun as we do.
